How to Order

• Contact an T H Sunglass Corporation Account Executive
  at 800-784-8666, or via fax at 909-596-7866, or via
  email us at sales@thsunglass.com.
  
• A minimum order of $250 is required to open a new
  direct account.
  
• Payment methods include C.O.D., money order,
  cashier’s check, or any of the following major credit
  cards, VISA, Master Card, and Discover card.
  
• To apply for net terms, all applicants must provide the
  following: 1) Bank information and a voided check.
  2) Minimum of 3 trade references. 3) Authorized
  signature entitling T H Sunglass to check bank information.
  
• All prices quoted are per dozen and FOB La Verne, CA.
  
• All shipments are shipped via UPS ground service
  unless other arrangements are made with an Account
  Executive.
  
• No free samples or shipment will be granted for any
  circumstances.
  
• Samples may be order by pieces; however, a minimum
  charge of $2.50 per piece will be assessed. Samples
  may be reurned in new condition with prior authorization
  for credit within 7 days of receipt, ( less all shipping
  charges )
  
• In accordance to California Sales and Use Tax laws,
  all California customers must provide a copy of their
  resale permit prior to shipment of order.
